60 is the New 15

So how long is too long and how short is too short? Of course we are talking about video. So we have 6-second Vine, 30-second Facebook Live, recommended under 2-minute YouTube, and up until today, we had 15-second Instagram videos. But Instagram has changed the game and is rolling out their new 60-second version.
